Corporate governance covers both the social and institutional aspects of an organisation. Governance is the system by which the organisation is directed and managed. It influences how the objectives of the organisation are set and achieved, how risks are monitored and mitigated, and how employee performance is optimised.  

Ethics, risk management, compliance and administration are all elements of governance. Governance is concerned with structure, processes, quality, policies and procedures, critical thinking and decision making.

Pre-work: 

Prior to the one-day session, you will receive a form to complete which will help with identifying topics that need to be addressed. We will include those topics in the agenda for the planning session.

Coaching – monthly meetings: 

• We will review your board meetings to help you identify areas of board practice that are good as well as areas where your governance performance can be even better.
• The results will indicate the support the chair needs in their leadership role.
• Every meeting will end up with an updated action plan.
• We will assist with establishing strategies and actions to accomplish your key responsibilities and goals.
• You will get help with identifying the burning issues and offer support as needed when “the fire is raging”.
• We offer support to identify strategic solutions for burning issues and minimising risks.

She provides employers with psychometric insights in the areas of Leadership Development, Workplace Behaviour, Recruitment, Sales and Customer Service, Client Relationship, Workplace Emotional Climate, and trains HR professionals in test interpretation.
