Confidential information held in relation to the member and his/her business will not be disclosed to a connected business unless authorised by the member/business to which the information relates.

Conditions of Membership

All membership subscribers at Core Purpose Limited agree to be bound by below rules and terms and conditions.

  1. The subscription payments by members are to be paid on a monthly, or yearly basis.
  2. A member will remain a member until a written notice of resignation and payment for any outstanding subscriptions due is made. We require 30 days’ notice of resignation of membership.
  3. Late Payment and Penalty: If any payment becomes overdue under any invoice relating to membership subscription fees or services provided by Core Purpose Limited to a member, the default interest may be charged. Default interest is held by Stripe, our payment platform.
  4. Core Purpose reserves the right to withhold services from a member while there are any outstanding fees, penalties, and interest.
  5. The information provided by Core Purpose is for the confidential use by the member for the business listed on the subscription or for private use only. The member is not allowed to use or disclose the information for the benefit of other organisations.
  6. Core Purpose Limited will communicate with you either by email or phone regarding our events, activities, opportunities, benefits of membership, surveys, and the like. You agree to receive these communications as part of your membership.
  7. As per our privacy Policy, all information held on our records relating to a member is confidential and shall only be used in relation to the services provided. Find more at the Privacy Policy Section.
  8. We have the right to decline new membership and members are to understand that applications are subject to approval by Core Purpose Limited. Core Purpose Limited also has the right to cancel existing membership without prejudice to any other rights that it may have.
