• Currency:
  All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).

• GST (Goods and Services Tax):
  Prices shown on the website are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
  Online courses are GST inclusive, as specified on the relevant product pages.

• Payment Method:
  Online payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment platform, available in real time. You will be notified immediately if your payment is declined. If this occurs, please check the accuracy of your credit card number and expiry date, or try using a different card.

• Activation:
  Your registration or booking will be submitted for activation once full payment is successfully completed.

• Data Security:
  Your credit card details are not stored by Core Purpose Limited after the transaction.
  Stripe may collect and process personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be viewed at: https://stripe.com/nz/privacy

This policy applies to any single-day (or less) in-person learning event hosted by Core Purpose Limited.

1. Full payment is required to confirm your place at a Core Purpose Limited Event or Workshop.

2. Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

3. To receive a full refund, cancellations or transfers must be made up to 7 working days before the start date of the Event or Workshop.

4. Transfers are at the discretion of Core Purpose.

5. Cancellations or transfers made within 3-7 working days of the Event or Workshop start date will incur a fee of 20% of the event or workshop cost.

6. No refunds are provided for cancellations submitted within 3 days of the Event or Workshop start date.

7. Core Purpose Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Event or Workshop location and speakers without prior notice.

8. In the event that a course fails to attract a minimum number of participants, Core Purpose Limited may choose to postpone or cancel it.

 This policy applies to multi-day or multi-session in-person learning experiences offered by Core Purpose Limited.

1. Payment:
   Full payment is required to confirm your place in any Core Purpose Limited Masterclass or Programme.

2. Cancellations:
   All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] .

   • Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund.

   • Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total Masterclass or Programme fee.

   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 7 days of the start date.

3. Changes and Cancellations by Core Purpose Limited:
   Core Purpose Limited reserves the right to make changes to the location, facilitators, or schedule of a Masterclass or Programme without prior notice.
   If the Masterclass or Programme does not reach the minimum required number of participants, Core Purpose Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel it. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future session.

1. Access and Payment:
   Full payment provides instant online access to a Core Purpose Limited Course, Masterclass, or Programme hosted on our website.

2. Money-Back Guarantee:
   If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase.
   To do so, please email [email protected]  with the subject line “Cancellation”.

3. Conditions:

   • Refunds are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) for the exact amount paid. If currency conversion applies, any difference due to exchange rate fluctuations will be the buyer’s responsibility.

   • Our system records which materials have been accessed or downloaded. Core Purpose Limited reserves the right to decline a refund if there is reasonable evidence that the policy is being abused or misused.

   • If a refund is granted, you must permanently delete all downloaded materials from your devices.

   • Each customer is entitled to one refund per product type only, to prevent policy misuse.

4. Jurisdiction:
   These Terms and Conditions, and any contractual relationship with Core Purpose Limited, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

1. Preparation and Payment:
   Upon payment confirmation, Core Purpose Limited begins the custom preparation process for your survey or assessment.

2. Cancellations and Transfers:
   All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] .

   • Requests made at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.

   • Requests made within 3–7 working days of the scheduled start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total survey or assessment cost.

   • No refunds are available for cancellations received within 3 working days of the scheduled start date.

3. Changes by Core Purpose Limited:
   Core Purpose Limited reserves the right to make changes to the location, date, or facilitator of a survey or assessment without prior notice. In such cases, participants will be notified and given the option to reschedule or transfer their registration.

   Full payment provides instant online access to a Core Purpose Limited Course, Masterclass, or Programme hosted on our website.
   Where applicable, some products include a 7-day free trial period, allowing you to explore the content before payment is processed. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

2. Money-Back Guarantee (for paid access):
   Once full payment has been processed and access is activated, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.
   To request a refund, please email [email protected]  with the subject line “Cancellation.”

Access and Payment

Membership provides ongoing access to the Core Purpose Library, which includes selected courses, masterclasses, webinars, and resources.
Membership fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.

Free Trial

New members are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your membership at any time during the trial period without being charged.
After the 7-day trial ends, the membership fee will be automatically processed using the payment method provided at sign-up.

Subscription Payments

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis—monthly or annually as selected. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Core Purpose account settings or by emailing [email protected] .

• Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent further charges.

• Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time once a billing period has commenced.

• If a payment fails or a card expires, access to membership materials may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

Non-Transferable Membership

Membership is non-transferable. Only the registered member may access the platform and its benefits.

Confidential Use of Information

All materials and resources provided within the membership are for the confidential use of the subscribing member.
Members are encouraged to apply their learning within their own organisation but may not share, reproduce, or distribute materials outside their organisation without written consent from Core Purpose Limited.

Cancellation by Core Purpose Limited

Core Purpose Limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership under conditions including, but not limited to:

• unauthorised use of materials for financial gain;

• violation of our Terms of Service; or

• conduct deemed harmful or detrimental to the Core Purpose community or its objectives.

Currency and Jurisdiction

All membership fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
These Terms and Conditions, and all membership relationships with Core Purpose Limited, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
