What Awaits You as a Member of SCEL Library:
Practical and Deep Learning: Our masterclasses, including 'Developing Corporate Ethical Behaviour' and 'Improving Your Critical Thinking Skills', are structured to deepen your understanding and application of key concepts. Each course follows a universally applicable framework - definition, criteria, diagnosis, and treatment - ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each topic.
- Engaging Activities: Experience hands-on learning with activities and exercises integrated into each concept. These small, impactful exercises are designed to be seamlessly incorporated into meetings or team interactions, fostering an organic understanding of ethical and decision-making principles within your team.
- Real-World Application: Beyond theory, you’ll engage with real case scenarios, frameworks, and extensive exercises. Pre and post-module assessments help you gauge and reinforce your learning.
-

More About UsJoining a Community of Ethical Leaders
Leadership can be solitary, but it doesn't have to be. At Core Purpose, we value the power of community. Join our circle where like-minded leaders unite, collaborate, and achieve mutual success.
When do Leaders Feel Alone?
-
Decision-Making Burden: Leaders often shoulder the responsibility of critical decisions, bearing the weight alone.
-
Limited Confidants: Expressing vulnerabilities becomes challenging as there are few peers who truly understand the challenges.
-
High Expectations: The pressure to excel can make it difficult to admit doubts or struggles openly.
-
Isolation from Teams: Hierarchy sometimes creates a distance, making it hard for leaders to connect with their teams on a personal level.
-
Public Scrutiny: Leaders are under constant observation, intensifying the feeling of judgment and scrutiny.
Building a Supportive Network
Effective leaders actively cultivate a support network. They seek mentorship, foster relationships, and champion open communication. Our community encourages these practices, offering a space where you can connect with like-minded individuals who understand your journey intimately.
