Improve your team members’ level of engagement and motivation by creating a culture of shared beliefs and values.

One day facilitated course to help the leaders of your organisation identify the organisation's core values, define the vision and purpose, and learn methods to implement the refreshed core ideology into their organisation.

An organisation’s core ideology is the sum of purpose, mission, vision and the carefully chosen core values which determine the “invisible rules” by which everyone is adjusting their attitudes and behaviour.

Your organisation’s Core Ideology is the glue that holds your company together as it grows and diversifies. Employees at every level of your organisation must know that at the heart of what they do is something relevant and meaningful that consistently anchors their daily attitudes and behaviours leading to increased performance and work satisfaction.

What to Expect

Step 1: Initial Connection

Reach out to Camelia Petrus, PGDip Organisational Psychology, to schedule a phone call. We'll discuss your needs, objectives, and measures of success to create a tailored proposal, which you'll receive promptly after our call.

Step 2: Proposal Delivery

Upon agreement, we'll set a date and venue for the Core Ideology Development Session. I'll travel to your chosen location anywhere in New Zealand.

Step 3 (Bonus): Emotional Culture Assessment

We use the Emotional Culture Index (ECI) to survey your staff's emotional experiences at work. This provides insights into the workplace atmosphere, stress levels, support, and confidence. After the survey, you'll receive a feedback report and a discussion session to review the findings.

Step 4: Pre-work Assignment

Two weeks before the session, participants receive a pre-work assignment with questions to reflect on the organisation's purpose, vision, mission, and core values.

Step 5: Core Ideology Development

On the scheduled day, I'll facilitate the session to develop your organisation's core ideology. Through engaging activities, we'll define your purpose, vision, mission, and core values. You'll receive detailed notes, outcomes, and a Core Ideology Poster template.

Step 6: Implementation Planning

Post-session, we'll create a customised implementation plan outlining actions, responsibilities, and timelines to integrate your Core Ideology into daily operations.

Step 7: Follow-up Assessment

Six months after implementation, we'll conduct a follow-up assessment using the Emotional Culture survey to measure the impact and any cultural shifts. Optional staff training is available to support this process.
