Appreciative Inquiry

IN PERSON EVENT, ON DEMAND or ONLINE MASTERCLASS

The content of this course is based on the latest scientific insights in applied organisational psychology and workplace behaviour.

Appreciative Inquiry invites us to recognise and develop the best in ourselves and others. The thoughtful questions help stimulate engagement, creativity, and commitment for better performance.

Create a more positive working environment and amplify employee potential with the Appreciative Inquiry. Learn the art of asking powerful questions to shift perspective from looking at what doesn’t work, or what is broken to what we want, building on strengths and successes.

For most of us, it is second nature to focus on what is wrong, and then to wish or want what is wrong to change. The Appreciative Inquiry approach invites to focus less on negativity and criticism, and more on utilising personal strengths and encouraging discovery. The intention in this process is to seek and leverage the best in people.

SUITED TO: All employers, CEOs, managers, team leaders, and human resources professionals.
