We’ll discuss your organisational history, goals, success metrics, and desired outcomes to tailor our service to your objectives. Following our conversation, you'll receive a customised proposal outlining the next steps.
Step 2: Proposal Delivery
After aligning on your needs, we’ll set a date for your online Core Ideology sessions. Our flexibility allows us to accommodate your team, ensuring everyone can participate and contribute to defining your organisation's Core Ideology.
Step 3 (Bonus): Emotional Culture Assessment
We utilise the Emotional Culture Index (ECI) to gauge the emotions present within your team. This survey reveals insights into workplace dynamics and uncovers underlying sentiments. Participation is open to all staff, and the results form part of the foundation for our facilitation. Step 4: Pre-Session Engagement and Assessment
In the lead-up to our core facilitation, your team will be invited to complete a series of reflective quizzes that delve into the core aspects of your organisation's identity: Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Distributed three weeks before our online sessions, these quizzes prompt thoughtful consideration and provide a structured avenue for every team member to voice their perspective.
Alongside this, if opted for, the Emotional Culture Index (ECI) will be distributed four weeks prior, offering additional insights into your team's emotional dynamics.
Step 5: Collaborative Online Core Ideology Development
Our online facilitation unfolds over two interactive sessions, each extending for two hours, accommodating the schedules of all participants. The first session is devoted to drafting and refining your Vision and Mission statements. A week before this session, we present the analysis from the ECI and quizzes to your leadership team, either in written format or a preparatory online meeting.
In our second session, we focus on establishing your Core Values. Each session is designed to be dynamic and inclusive, ensuring the final Core Ideology is a product of collective input and consensus. Following these sessions, you'll be equipped with detailed notes, the outcomes of our collaboration, and a template for a Core Ideology Poster to showcase your defined principles.
Step 6: Implementation and Integration
Following the online sessions, we'll assist in crafting an implementation strategy to embed your Core Ideology into everyday operations. This step includes creating an actionable plan with defined responsibilities and timelines, ensuring that your Core Ideology becomes an integral part of your organisational culture.
Step 7: Ongoing Support and Assessment
