Hi, I’m Camelia Petrus—an accredited Expert Coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring, certified Emotional Intelligence assessor and trainer, and holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology.
I help leaders like you navigate complex challenges with clarity, empathy, and integrity. My work bridges science and lived experience—supporting executives, managers, and professionals to lead with emotional intelligence, resolve ethical dilemmas, and grow into the kind of leader others trust and follow.
