How the Process Works

Step 1 – Let’s Talk

Schedule a meeting or call with Camelia to discuss your goals. You'll receive a tailored proposal after your initial conversation.

Step 2 – Proposal & Booking

We confirm your workshop date and location. Travel is included.

Step 3 – Emotional Culture Index Survey (Bonus)

Understand your team's emotional experience at work before the session. You'll receive a report and optional discussion session.

Step 4 – Pre-Session Reflection

Two weeks prior, your team receives a guided reflection to prepare.

Step 5 – Workshop Day

We co-create your Core Ideology through collaborative exercises, with all outputs and a visual summary provided post-session.

Step 6 – Implementation Planning

You'll receive a plan to integrate your values and vision into operations, communication, and leadership.

Step 7 – Follow-up Assessment

Six months later, we measure cultural shifts using the Emotional Culture Index and offer optional support to sustain momentum.
