A7: Yes, all coaching sessions are completely confidential. Your privacy is respected, and nothing discussed will be shared without your consent, except in cases where required by law.


Q8: What happens if I’m running late to my session?
A8: If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. We’ll still work within the scheduled time, but please note that the session will end at the original time to respect other clients.


Q9: Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?
A9: No, there is no long-term commitment. You can book one session at a time based on your needs, or you can return for follow-up sessions whenever necessary.
