Coaching Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
- These terms and conditions govern the coaching services provided by Camelia Petrus/Core Purpose ("Coach") to you ("the Client"). By purchasing and participating in coaching sessions, the Client agrees to these terms.
2. Services
- Description of Services: The Coach provides ad-hoc coaching sessions tailored to the Client's needs, as well as any other agreed-upon services.
- Session Length: Each coaching session will last either 30 or 60 minutes, as selected at the time of booking.Â
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees: The fees for coaching sessions are outlined on the booking page and are subject to change.
- Payment: Full payment is required required before scheduling a session.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are provided after a session has been booked. However, sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the provided booking platform.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Confidentiality
- Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
- Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply if the Client is at risk of harming themselves or others.
6. Responsibilities
- Coach's Responsibilities: The Coach will provide professional coaching services to the best of their ability.
- Client's Responsibilities: The Client agrees to actively participate and engage in the coaching process, providing honest feedback and completing any agreed-upon tasks.
7. Disclaimer
- No Guarantees: The Coach makes no guarantees regarding the results of the coaching sessions. The Client acknowledges that outcomes are dependent on their own efforts and commitment.
- Not Therapy: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. The Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
8. Termination
- Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Refunds for pre-paid sessions not yet conducted will be at the discretion of the Coach.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
10. Agreement
- By purchasing and participating in coaching sessions, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. If you are experiencing mental illness, please consult a licensed therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional. Coaching focuses on goal-setting, decision-making, and problem-solving for individuals in a healthy mental state.
- No Guarantees: The Coach makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the coaching sessions. Results depend on the Client's efforts and commitment.
- Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for their own actions, decisions, and progress. The Coach provides guidance and support, but the Client must take active steps to achieve their goals.
- Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. This includes situations where there is a risk of harm to the Client or others.
- Payment and Cancellation: Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
By participating in coaching sessions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
