Description

The number of hours at work, long commutes or home-based office, the working style, the inflexibility of schedules, self-care, family quality time and commitments, time spent with friends, and expectations from society are just some of the competing forces for our energy and time on a daily basis. In our fast-paced life, the concept of finding and maintaining work–life balance might seem like the impossible dream.

Work–life balance is the individual’s concept of how well they manage work and non-work-related commitments while experiencing satisfaction, health, and wellbeing

The ability to divide attention between our most valued life domains, is associated with higher levels of wellbeing and that is called Life Balance. In this masterclass, we explore the concept of work–life balance: what it is, why it’s important, and if it is possible to achieve. Through self-evaluation and self-awareness, we learn more about what balance means to us.

The content of this webinar is based on the applied psychology of workplace relationships and communication based on the latest scientific insights.
