Description

Primal Leadership is a concept brought by Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis, and Annie McKee, pioneers in Emotional Intelligence in Leadership.

Choosing the right leadership style for the situation is possible only when one can make the distinction in between the leadership style. In this workshop we will examine each style in detail.

In the group activity we examine the ability to accurately perceive and understand the emotions of people around us which is a core component of emotional intelligence. “Reading” other people’s emotions plays a crucial role in social interaction, as it facilitates appropriate responding. There are three different ways to “read” other people’s emotions.

If you want to be the type of leader that the people around you can count on to do the right thing, even when it’s tough, you’ve come to the right workshop.

The content of this webinar is based on the applied psychology of workplace relationships and communication based on the latest scientific insights.
