Participants receive a 30-60 minute audio lesson introducing the week's concept, starting with "Mindset 1: Ethical Leadership Through Intention", which provides theoretical insights and practical examples.

A highly interactive session facilitated by Camelia Petrus, where participants engage in group activities and individual exercises to apply the week's concept (i.e. "Mindset 1: Ethical Leadership Through Intention") in a dynamic learning environment.

Each session begins with 15 minutes of feedback and reflection, where participants share successes and challenges in applying the previous mindset. The core of the session is dedicated to exploring and practising the new concept through hands-on exercises. The session concludes with a 15-minute Q&A, allowing participants to seek clarification, discuss insights, and deepen their understanding before moving into real-life application.

In the days following the live session, participants actively apply the mindset of "Ethical Leadership Through Intention" following the guidance and exercises practiced during the session. They implement the concept in both professional and personal contexts, taking note of their experiences, challenges, and successes. 

These reflections will be shared in the next live session to deepen learning and real-world application.
