Description

A few of the most significant sources of stress at work come from challenging interactions with co-workers and clients. Many employees experience interpersonal conflicts with their colleagues, causing high stress and difficulty recovering during the weekends.

The workplace is one of the few environments where people are ‘forced’ into relationships. By their nature, workplace environments are made up of a blend of diverse individuals and while a company’s greatest asset is its employees, those employees do not work together harmoniously all the time.
Through the promotion of positive social interactions, workplace relationships can be a source of individual and collective growth, learning, and flourishing.

Nonviolent Communication is a fascinating approach to communicating that anyone can learn and can be easily employed in the workplace.

The purpose behind NVC is to avoid this stress by adopting a compassionate and nonviolent style of communication. When learned and applied, NVC can prevent both burnout and co-worker-related stress in the workplace. This webinar clarifies the importance of positive relationships in the workplace and presents recent findings in organisational behaviour that contribute positively to the emotional climate at work.

The content of this webinar is based on the applied psychology of workplace relationships and communication based on the latest scientific insights.
