What It Is
Values Quest™ is a guided, card-based team experience that turns reflection into discovery.
Using specially designed values and emotions cards, teams explore what drives them, share stories, and co-create a collective “Team Compass” for the months ahead.
Each session is facilitated in person at a location you choose, from office boardrooms to conference spaces or retreat venues:
- Light, engaging, and inclusive.
- Grounded in Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence.
- Facilitated by Camelia Petrus, organisational psychologist and leadership coach.
- Delivered in person at your chosen venue — workplace, offsite space, or retreat setting.

SIGNATURE QUEST
3 hours • $2,800 NZD
A dynamic half-day experience combining storytelling, values mapping, and the Values Swap challenge.
Teams co-create a printable Team Values Map and receive follow-up reflection prompts.
Ideal for professional teams, educators, or leadership groups seeking depth, collaboration, and renewed focus.
LEADERSHIP QUEST
4–5 hours • $4,500 NZD
An immersive interactive workshop designed for alignment and authentic dialogue.
Includes a pre-session alignment call, Collective Ethical Compass synthesis, and a follow-up integration session.
Best suited for executive, management, or cross-department teams shaping shared direction and purpose.
